Get Involved

There are a lots of ways in which people can get involved in The People's Community Garden:

• Take part in one of our events or courses
• Take on a small 'patch' to garden yourself
• As an individual volunteer – carrying out garden maintenance
• As a buddy volunteer – helping other people to enjoy the garden
• As part of a group – your community or support group can visit the project on a regular basis or on occasional visits
• Schools can use the garden as an exciting outdoor learning resource, or we can visit your school to help develop your grounds as a more stimulating and child-friendly environment
• As a committee member – the project is run by a Management Committee. It needs enthusiastic and committed people from different sectors of the community to sit on the committee and take the project forward.
