Picnic + Toddler Car Racing Fun Day - 21 October

PicnicFriday 21 October, 1pm-3.30pm. Fun toddler car racing events for 1-5 year olds. Prizes to be won, other fun activities for the family, stalls including the 5-a-day stall, Face Painter, BBQ, Fire Engine, Police and Train rides. No unaccompanied children. ActivLives in the Evening Star

Evening Star columnThe Evening Star Newspaper has very kindly invited ActivLives (formerly Town & Bridge Project) to have a monthly column to keep local people up to date with the exciting changes happening with the project, to promote the various activities and initiatives that the team organise to keep people healthy and happy, raise issues effecting older people and also promote the work of other partner organisations. Look out for our column on the third or fourth Thursdays of the month.
 

Be Well Course for budding Volunteers

The Town & Bridge Project is running another ‘Always Personal – Always Professional’ free three 3-day course to inform people about the responsibilities of being a volunteer, how you can become a Be Well health mentor for the Town & Bridge Project and find out about other opportunities in volunteering in Ipswich.
 

Love Your Heart Neighbourhood Lunch

Love Your HeartThe Town and Bridge ActivCommunities Group would like to invite the residents of Stoke to a free Love Your Heart Neighbourhood Lunch on Saturday 26th February at St Mary at Stoke Church Hall, Stoke Street. The event will be open from 11am – 3.30pm and lunch will be served between 12 noon and 3pm.
